The noun 'wisdom' names an element of personal character that enables someone to distinguish the wise from the unwise.
The noun 'counsel' refers to the exchange of opinions and advice.
'Wisdom Counsel' establishes the possibility of wise counsel in a circular meeting technology (Torus Technology).
In a Wisdom Counsel session, the life-experience and intelligence of each individual combines with archetypal forces of nature such as Bright Principles and Archetypal Lineages to form a holistic working organism to effectively address difficult conversations, conflicts, and group decisions.

How To Navigate Online Wisdom Counsel

ONLINE CONTEXT SETTING
To 'Set Context' means to affirm the distinctions, traditions, and Rules Of Engagement of a Gameworld at the beginning of any meeting taking place in the name of that Gameworld.
Context setting for Wisdom Counsel is done by the designated Spaceholder.
The Spaceholder may, or may not, be the Convenor of the meeting (The Convenor is the one who called the meeting into existence).
The Spaceholder allows the Convenor to speak first to welcome people to the meeting Space, but it is the Spaceholder who changes the meeting Space into a Wisdom Counsel Space by setting Wisdom Counsel context.
Here are possible examples of a Spaceholder setting context for an online Wisdom Counsel:
WELCOME Hello everyone. Welcome to this online Wisdom Counsel session.
WHAT WISDOM COUNSEL IS Wisdom Counsel is a circular meeting process that unleashes each person's inner sense of WHAT IS WISE AND WHAT IS NOT WISE. We define 'WISDOM' in a practical sense, as a general and ongoingly deepening Team consideration, NOT in a black/white, good/bad, right/wrong judgemental dogmatic sense. This practical compassionate WISDOM is shared to sincerely COUNSEL each other regarding difficult complex issues. Wisdom Counsel is NOT ANY KIND of tribunal, inquisition, or trial. Wisdom Counsel is immediate transformational research as a Team, a collaboration to inquire into what is really going on and where to go from here together. The outcome of Wisdom Counsel is a diverse as the issues it can face into, from decision-making about gameworld structures and strategies, to identifying and recommending specific personal emotional healing Processes.
TIME FRAME The Wisdom Counsel starts now and goes for 1.5 hours. (Since online Wisdom Counsels are open to participants of any time zone on Earth, it is necessary to specify a lengthof time rather than any specific end time. Wisdom Counsels typically run for either 1.5 hours or 2.0 hours. Whichever you choose, it is important for the integrity of the process for the Spaceholder to set and stick to a length of time so that Wisdom Counsel does not gain a reputation for going on and on. If additional issues pop up and need addressing, further Wisdom Counsels can be scheduled.)
TORUS TECHNOLOGY One reason for participating in Wisdom Counsels is to learn how to use Wisdom Counsel in your own projects, Teams, and Gameworlds. Wisdom Counsel is a 'Torus Meeting Technology' which can be delivered either online or offline. For more information about Torus Meeting Technologies, please visit http://torustechnology.org.
PURPLE CARD During Wisdom Counsel we will implement various tools and processes from Torus Meeting Technology. Specifically we will have a Spaceholder, we will meet in the name of Bright Principles, we will use the intelligence and energy of Conscious Feelings, we will require each person's Gremlin to be held on a short leash (in other words, Wisdom Counsel is not available for Gremlin feeding), and we will use The Purple Card. In short, The Purple Card is an actual purple-colored card that any person holds up whenever their Low Drama Detector indicates that a person's Reactivity is a valuable doorway to an emotional healing Process. When enough Purple Cards are raised, the person asks for one or two members of the Wisdom Counsel to privately accompany them through the process (in a separate Zoom call, for example) after which time they rejoin the Wisdom Counsel. A Possibility Management emotional healing process contexted in Radical Responsibility usually takes from fifteen to forty-five minutes.
EMPTY SPACE AT THE CENTER Wisdom Counsel is set up with a virtual INNER CIRCLE and a virtual OUTER CIRCLE, sitting in chairs, with Nothingness at the center of the Inner Circle. (In other words, no physical objects are at the center of the Inner Circle. The space is kept empty to have access to Nothingness. If some kind of candle-and-flower altar is desired, it can be set up in the corner of the room outside of all the circles.)
INNER CIRCLE AND OUTER CIRCLE To establish the difference online between the INNER CIRCLE and the OUTER CIRCLE, the INNER CIRCLE keeps their videos turned ON, and the OUTER CIRCLE keeps their videos turned OFF. (SPACEHOLDER NOTE: Choose the Zoom function to allow everyone to see all participants, even if their videos are turned off.) (SPACEHOLDER NOTE: If you have no more than 10 or 15 participants they can all keep their video turned ON until after the first ISSUE is chosen.)
EMPTY CHAIR The Inner Circle maintains a virtual EMPTY CHAIR into which anyone in the Outer Circle can 'sit' by RENAMING
FORCE OF NATURE Each person in the Outer Circle is a COUNSELOR. Each COUNSELOR clicks the 'RENAME' button in their Zoom window to name themselves with their true name, or to name themselves as a FORCE OF NATURE which can be called upon at any time by the INNER CIRCLE to speak in the EMPTY CHAIR. The FORCES OF NATURE might be, for example: the Ocean, the Wind, the Spirit of the local land, the Elephants, a Star, the Center of the galaxy, the entire Gameworld in which the Wisdom Counsel is taking place, the Bright Principle of Possibility, etc.
CALL FOR ISSUES The Spaceholder then calls for Issues, Concerns, Problems, Possibilities, etc. from EVERYONE at the Wisdom Counsel. (NOTE: No one yet 'sits' in the INNER CIRCLE except the Spaceholder(s) and the EMPTY CHAIR, however, if there are not more than 10 or 15 participants, everyone can keep their video turned on until the first ISSUE is chosen.)
DOCUMENTATION SPACEHOLDER documents all ISSUES in the CHAT WINDOW. (SPACEHOLDER HINT: Turn your microphone off while typing so that the typing noise does not interfere with the Space.) You will probably collect more ISSUES than you have time for in one Wisdom Counsel. This means the Wisdom Counsel must first choose where to start.
ISSUE SELECTION Decide which ISSUE to pursue first. ISSUES that contain someone's name may take priority over other considerations because these personal ISSUES may be the most complex and multidimensional, therefore, are most fitting for Wisdom Counsel. Structural ISSUES and GROUP DECISIONS may be handed over to a different Meeting Technology, for example, to a Node in a Torus Meeting. Then the NODE members do the research and propose a decision which the rest of the members can ratify. The suggestion is to choose an ISSUE that mentions someone's name who is present at the Wisdom Counsel meeting. This is usually a good place to start the Wisdom Counsel as many of the other issues may clear up in the Wisdom Counsel process.
ROLES Once the first ISSUE is selected, Wisdom Counsel roles can be taken.
CLIENT When the selected ISSUE relates to one or more individuals who are present at the Wisdom Counsel, this person (these people) are automatically the CLIENT(S) of the Wisdom Counsel. The CLIENT then types CLIENT and their first name into their NAME BOX and keeps their video turned ON.
COHORT Each Client selects from the participants of the Wisdom Counsel someone so sit with them in the INNER CIRCLE. This second person is their COHORT. The COHORT then types into their NAME BOX the name of their CLIENT and the word COHORT and keeps their video turned ON.
TITLES The role that each of the other participants is to play is made visible by them typing their TITLE into their NAME BOX in their video window.
INNER CIRCLE ROLES to be TITLED include: CLIENT-NAME #1, COHORT OF NAME#1, CLIENT-NAME#2, COHORT OF NAME#2, SPACEHOLDER #1, SPACEHOLDER #2, and EMPTY CHAIR. Since there is no EMPTY CHAIR online, whenever someone in the COUNSELORS (the OUTER CIRCLE) wishes to sit into the EMPTY CHAIR speak, they enter EMPTY CHAIR in their NAME BOX and turn their video ON.
OUTER CIRCLE ROLES: COUNSELORS Everyone in the OUTER CIRCLE is a COUNSELOR. Each COUNSELOR represents themselves, or they represents a FORCE OF NATURE, such as WIND, WALRUS, WATERFALL, WILLOW, GRAVITY, GALAXY, LIGHT, etc. Each COUNSELOR chooses either to type in the force of nature they represent, or the word COUNSELOR and their first name into their NAME BOX, and turns their video OFF. Anyone in the OUTER CIRCLE may be called upon by the INNER CIRCLE to speak.
COUNSELOR / FORCE OF NATURE WISHES TO SPEAK If a COUNSELOR / FORCE OF NATURE wishes to say something in the proceedings, they TURN THEIR VIDEO ON. Then they wait until the SPACEHOLDER says: "The Wisdom Counsel calls COUNSELOR / FORCE OF NATURE to come to the EMPTY CHAIR and speak." As soon as their COUNSEL is no longer required, they turn their video OFF.
INNER CIRCLE CALLS ON COUNSELOR TO SPEAK If someone in the INNER CIRCLE wishes to hear from a FORCE OF NATURE or from one of the COUNSELORS in the OUTER CIRCLE, the SPACEHOLDER says, "The Wisdom Counsel wishes to hear from the Wind," or, "The Wisdom Counsel wishes to hear from Walter." This is a signal for that FORCE OF NATURE or that COUNSELOR to turn on their video and wait to be asked to speak.
NOTE TAKING One of the SPACEHOLDERS or an appointed SCRIBE takes notes directly into a personal Beep! Book or in the Zoom Chat Window for all to see.
PURPLE CARD At any point in the proceedings ANYONE can raise their PURPLE CARD to suggest their sense that what is happening is Emotional Reactivity and that the Wisdom Counsel can only proceed in this ISSUE AFTER an Emotional Healing Process has occurred. When enough Purple Cards are raised, the CLIENT and their COHORT (or whoever is hooked or reacting) asks for one or two participants in the Wisdom Counsel to Hold Space for their Emotional Healing Process, which takes place online or offline in a different space from the Wisdom Counsel. The Wisdom Counsel goes on to other ISSUES until the participants in the Emotional Healing Process have returned. When they return, the Wisdom Counsel checks in to see if the original ISSUE is still relevant, or what the results of the Process have been.
Who speaks next is chosen at the Spaceholders' discretion, however, INNER CIRCLE speakers generally take priority over OUTER CIRCLE speakers.

Specifically, the skillset needed to effectively navigate a Wisdom Counsel include:
Maintaining First Position, that is, being Centered, Grounded, Bubbled.
Using your initiated Gremlin to detect the actions of other Gremlins.
Familiarity with Torus Technologies, including The Purple Card, Resistance Decision Making, Poop On The Table, Weapons On The Table, Frying Pan, etc.
Many of these skills and tools can be practiced through repeatedly doing the Experiments below with feedback and coaching from Your Team.
Wisdom Counsel requires a specific form of spaceholding to function. This circular meeting technology will probably not provide value in the context of modern culture, that is, in a culture that permits organizations to use hierarchical power structure, that does not distinguish Gremlin, that regards feelings as bad, that avoids distinguishing feelings from emotions, that cannot distinguish Low Drama from High Drama, that grants space to unconscious declaring (such as beliefs, projections, assumptions, expectations, prejudices, judgements) etc.
The Space in which Wisdom Counsel produces its remarkable results relies on a particular Spaceholder capable of setting the Wisdom Counsel Context. Such skills are characteristic of a Possibilitator.
This Experiment is to discover precisely what a Possibilitator is, and determine if serving your village as a Possibilitator is part of your calling.
Possibilitator is, indeed, a lifelong Path, and... you start where you are. This start is actual. A clear start comes from shifting your ordinary daily identity. What you leave behind is the self-image that blends your whole life of other people's expectations of you, your stories about yourself, complete with self-criticisms, failures and successes into a scenario that you put on like a body-glove each morning when you wake up. What you step into is the self-image of a Possibilitator.
You will know when this identity shift Experiment is successful when what previously triggered you into Reactivity no longer does so, and the energy that was used up in your daily Reactivity gets freed up to use in creating new Possibilities for other people.
The way to sense and consciously collaborate with your Stellated Feelings, your Bright Principles, your Archetypal Lineage, etc. is to shift out of Verbal Reality (the analytical reasonable thinking patterns of your mind) into Experiential Reality (using the vast nonlinear inputs from all of your 5 Bodies simultaneously).
Radically Rely on your Stellated Feelings, your Bright Principles, your Archetypal Lineage, etc. to help you navigate the Wisdom Counsel space. So much will be happening simultaneously that your mind is overwhelmed. Your mind cannot comprehend the multidimensional complexity of the interactions. Your mind will miss doorways to accessing nonlinear resources.
